By filling in and submitting the form on the pages of my website you can send me your data that are necessary for me to contact you. Data provision is voluntary. If you come for a treatment I will store your data for the period of time specified by the law (8 years). If you do not I will delete your data after 1 year.

I do not transfer personal data to a third (non-EU) country or other organizations.

6. Rights of the data subject (your rights)

a.) Right of access

You can request information on whether your personal data are processed and, if so, why I process those data, what data I process, to whom I transmit them, how long I store them, what other rights I grant you, where you can make a complaint, etc..

You can send me a request by email, and I will send you the information within 30 days.

b.) Right to rectification

If we misspell your name, telephone number, e-mail address, or any other personal information I will make the necessary amendments or replenishments upon request.

8. Data protection

I will protect your personal data with appropriate technical and other measures. I ensure the security and availability of the data, and protect them from unauthorized access, alteration, damage or disclosure and any other unauthorized use. I control physical access, I keep paper-based documents locked with adequate protection. During the data management I use encryption, password protection and anti-virus software to the extent appropriate to the nature of the data management. Nevertheless, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that data transmission via the Internet cannot be considered as fully secure data transmission.

9. Other issues of data control

I may only transfer your data in accordance with the. As for my data processors, I have ensured in contractual conditions that they may not use your personal data for purposes contrary to consent.

The court, prosecutor's office and other authorities (eg police, NAV, NAIH) may contact us for information, disclosure or provision of documents. In these cases we must comply with our obligation of data provision but we will do so only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the request.

10. Other provisions

Our policy will take effect on June 24, 2020, and as soon as new guidelines, resolutions or rules become known which necessitate modifications, we will review the content. If the scope of our business activities changes or we introduce new marketing tools we will also rewrite, replenish or extend it.
